Questions

Do I need a card to start?

No. The trial runs for 30 days with everything switched on. You choose a plan and add payment before it ends. Without a card, the trial simply ends. Nothing is charged.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone at your studio who signs in: designers, assistants, the office manager. Contractors, installers and other collaborators you invite to see shared projects are free, as many as you like. Clients use the client portal and are never counted.

What is the difference between Basic and Premium access?

Premium access includes Accounting: the books, bank feeds, sales tax and 1099s. On the Premium plan you choose, person by person, who needs it. An assistant who only works on projects can have Basic access at the lower price.

We already keep our books elsewhere. Which plan is for us?

Basic. It has everything for running projects, proposals and invoices, and leaves the books where they are.

How does yearly billing work?

The yearly price is charged once a year and saves 20% or more against paying month to month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move between Basic and Premium, or add and remove users, from Settings at any time.
